Is the taste and handiwork better than the famous Sushi Zen in Sapporo?

The restaurant is extremely small with one log table only. Don't come unless you have reservation. Nowhere and no one mentioned reservation is required. Don't waste your time to come.

I made a reservation and visited via OMAKASE.It was a wonderful bond where Kudo-san's feelings were felt everywhere.Especially the level of salmon was amazingly high even though I had eaten so far. The overall amount may be somewhat less.It is a shop that you want to make a chance to visit again.

The best Sashimi and sushi meal I’ve had in 2018. Sake pairing was excellent.
